Tbilisi Sea Settlement
This large residential project faced many strict restrictions regarding building heights and utility connections, but we successfully turned those challenges into a beautiful, nature-focused community. We prioritized natural living spaces by designing a large, green park right in between the apartment blocks. The modern buildings feature a stylish mix of red brick and dark metal balconies that look directly out onto this central courtyard. By placing the shared park, walking paths, and wooden pergolas in the center, we gave residents a peaceful green oasis to enjoy, making a big urban complex feel completely connected to nature.
