For this residential project, we wanted to create a strong contrast against the harsh, boxy shapes of the surrounding city buildings by embracing soft, rounded corners and organic forms. The building features beautiful, curved balconies supported by smooth round columns and wrapped in large floor-to-ceiling glass windows that flood the apartments with natural light. We also integrated lots of plants and hanging vines on every level, bringing a fresh, natural feel to the urban street corner. By choosing these gentle, flowing lines over sharp angles, the project stands out as a refreshing, modern, and lively addition to the neighborhood.
