The project site is situated on Vercxli Street in Tbilisi. We’re designing a residential house that will provide all the essential living spaces. The facade features smooth, curved corners that catch the eye, giving the structure a contemporary appeal distinct from traditional architectural norms.
Architectural solutions harmoniously connect the house with the overall visual context. The colors of the facade are selected to emphasize the characteristic and individual character of the building.
In crafting the interior spaces, equal attention is paid to the creation of living and resting areas that prioritize comfort and functionality. Thoughtful layouts and ergonomic design principles are employed to optimize space usage and enhance the overall quality of life for the inhabitants.
