The villa project is situated in Tskneti, near Tbilisi, Georgia. Designed with modern green architectural principles in mind, it features gentle lines and open spaces, resulting in flexible and dynamic architectural forms. Our approach embraces a liberal architectural language, combining innovative solutions, architectural panels, and materials to create vibrant, contemporary architectural lines. While utilizing locally available materials, we prioritize aesthetics, sustainability, and environmental friendliness
The project adopts a holistic architectural approach, integrating the building with nature’s rhythms. It aims for a living space in sync with natural elements, focusing on light, shadow, and spatial flow. The villa is designed to create the most comfortable and relaxing environment. Resting and living spaces are provided in the project.
The pool is located in an open space and allows one to enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks without any obstructions, which provides a unique opportunity to merge with nature while sitting by the water.
