Neverland Blocks
A project is situated in Tkhinvala and aims to create a multifunctional space. Specifically, we’re designing a children’s entertainment center equipped with play areas for kids and relaxation spaces for parents. However, our challenge lies in making this space adaptable for future use as two separate residential houses.
Dual Purpose: The project area will house two adjacent buildings, each with its own functionality.
Outdoor Pool: Additionally, the building will feature an outdoor pool.
Understated Aesthetics: We’ve opted for a subtle color palette and clean design, ensuring the overall aesthetic remains attractive and relevant to the theme.
