Chateau Lipartiani

The chateau project, situated in Chumateleti, draws inspiration from the traditional houses of Samegrelo—one of Georgia’s distinctive regions. At first glance, the building evokes a sense of familiarity, echoing the characteristic elements found in Samegrelo’s historic architecture. The structural arrangement pays homage to bygone eras, seamlessly weaving in modern, minimalist elements that elevate the design to a realm of sophistication and uniqueness.

Abundant natural light bathes the building, creating a warm ambiance. The terrace, overlooking the vineyard, reinforces the building’s theme, harmonizing contemporary interior and exterior touches. Inside, a linear and minimalist material palette lends a modern edge to the space, which includes a cellar, guest areas, and a lounge.

The building’s façade serves as a canvas for Georgian Oda-inspired motifs—an intricate design capturing the essence of the region’s architectural heritage. Thoughtfully arranged cladding further enhances its authenticity, resulting in a visual symphony that celebrates cultural legacy.
